This notice applies to browser storage and remote font requests on BookCuraçao.com and Latitude12 services that use the shared booking infrastructure. BookCuraçao.com and Latitude12 are trade names registered with the Chamber of Commerce Curaçao under number 163245. Both names are protected brand names.

BookCuraçao.com currently implements no advertising, marketing or analytics cookies, and no tracking or measurement SDK is loaded on this website. It does load Google Fonts remotely, as described below.

After checkout, BookCuraçao.com uses sessionStorage key bookcuracao_booking_summary for a short booking-confirmation summary. It can include the dates, property, booking reference, guest counts, quoted total and currency, and the lead guest's name and email. It is used so the confirmation page can show the relevant booking after you return from checkout, and it is discarded when you close the browser tab.

• Consent choice. Latitude12 stores analytics and marketing preferences in localStorage key lt12_consent_v1. A legacy opt-out key, analytics_opt_out, is still honoured if it exists on a device.
• Language preference. Latitude12 stores language preference in localStorage key lt12.locale.
• Analytics — consent only. PostHog and Google Analytics 4 must not load unless analytics consent allows them. A browser Do Not Track signal keeps analytics off regardless of a stored consent.
• Marketing preference. Latitude12 can store a marketing preference, but the verified current source does not show an active marketing or advertising tracking tag.
• Booking draft. Latitude12 keeps an in-progress booking draft in sessionStorage while you work through the booking flow, so a refresh does not lose the draft.
• Signed-in sessions. If you sign in to a Latitude12 account, the Supabase authentication service stores the browser session needed to keep that account signed in.
• Privacy preferences. The Latitude12 footer includes a Privacy preferences link for changing the consent choice.

Functional booking storage exists only to keep the booking flow and confirmation page usable. It is not described here as analytics, advertising or marketing storage.

The interface component library bundled with this website contains code for a sidebar-state cookie. That sidebar is not used here, so this website does not set that cookie. We mention it for completeness rather than claim it is in use.

The typefaces on this site are loaded remotely from Google's font services. To receive them, your browser connects to Google and that connection sends network information including your IP address. This is not a tracking cookie and it stores nothing on your device; it is a request your browser makes in order to render the page. Whether to serve these fonts from our own servers instead is under review.

If BookCuraçao.com adds analytics, marketing or other non-essential technology later, or if Latitude12 changes the technologies described here, this notice will be updated before the change goes live, and consent will be requested where the law requires it.
