How booking works.
From a live hotel-rate check to booking status, the guest-facing journey stays with BookCuraçao.

Choose dates and travellers
For live hotel rates, country of residence, email and each traveller’s exact age are sent with the dates because those details can affect which rates are returned.

Check a live rate
Check live price requests current availability and pricing for your selection. It does not create a reservation or charge a card.

Review the quote
A usable quote shows its currency, total, number of nights and price breakdown. A room or rate name, cancellation summary and expiry are shown only when returned with that quote.

Continue to checkout
For an eligible live rate, Book securely creates the booking record and opens the hosted Stripe Checkout page. No checkout is offered when the quote is incomplete or cannot be booked instantly.

Check booking status
After checkout, BookCuraçao uses the booking reference to check whether the booking is confirmed, failed or still awaiting a final status. A checkout return alone is not presented as confirmation.
Rate terms and cancellations.
Cancellation terms are specific to the selected rate. BookCuraçao shows the summary when it is supplied with the live quote; if no summary is returned, none is invented.
If live booking is unavailable, the BookCuraçao concierge can help compare published stays and discuss the next available path without handing the booking to the property.
