No. You don't need to replace your manager to start a conversation with BookCuraçao, and you don't need to be managed by us. Where a manager is involved, we coordinate with them before anything is published.
Can I take part directly as an owner?

Yes. Owners who manage their own property can talk to us directly. If you work with a manager, you can still start the conversation yourself and we will involve them.
Can a property manager discuss a whole portfolio?

Yes. Managers can discuss a single property or a portfolio. We review each property and how its availability, rates and reservations would be handled.
Do I keep my other channels?

Yes. BookCuraçao is an additional channel, not a replacement. How it sits alongside your existing channels and systems is reviewed and agreed with you.
Do you handle the property?

No. BookCuraçao is not a property management company. Owners or their managers remain responsible for housekeeping, maintenance and on-property operations.
What does it cost, and what are the terms?
